So I just made a facebook landing page and everyone is welcome to go and see it! I’m always on facebook so yeah here’s the link, Electrabids Landing Page! I just brought it up so yeah, don’t be too harsh!
This facebook landing page is where you can have discussions on workouts and on the posts that I do on here! Find out about the events that I’m getting involved in and find out what’s going on throught the day. Sometimes I don’t have enough time to do an actual post or anything so I just do an update there. Check it out today!
All the other cool businesses have a landing page so i was like why don’t I just make one. Lol. All you Have to do is like the page at the top and you’ll have access to all the discussions that aren’t on the blog! Cool right? No. Lol I’m tryin to be like those other companies that have one at least lol. Oh well rake a look at it.
Okay so I went on Men’s Fitness.com today and found that it’s a great site for nutritional facts. Nothing is better than knowing what you can put into your body and what you can’t and yes I understand that but I’m trying to find a great workout site that shows every exercise that I need to see for an unbelievable workout. This isn’t it. You can find products on this site that actually has a decent pricing system but there are other sites that have cheaper products.
Mensfitness.com has also got a lot of different things that pop up all over the place and have nothing to with fitness. That really ticks me off cause you’re going to this site to find out information about fitness and see if you can get some products that are essential to working out but you instead find a webpage that just gives a bunch of bull to you that has nothing to do with anything else the site has to offer. Granted my site is called electrabids.com but still at least everything on my site coincide with each other. For it to be a fitness site I feel it should give you insight on workouts, exercises, and routines along with nutritional info, but NO I find myself staring at a publicity stunt a celebrity did a week ago and their talking about that. Don’t get me wrong cause they do have a fitness section of the site but it literally has a couple of workouts and exercises and that’s it. What the heck! The site is called mensfitness! Lol sorry but I’m really irritated.
Don’t let me discourage you into checking the site out yourself cause thats not what I’m trying to do. Go look at it search around a little bit and write a comment on this post to share your experience! Good feedback or bad there’s no discrimination about it. Have Fun and I hope that I hear from you guys and gals.
Intense Workout.com is a site out there that gives you great information about a lot of different types of workouts and nutrition. Everything on the site is basically reference material and gives you about three or four workout routines that don’t really show you a lot of things to do. But there’s a lot of nutrition articles and schedules that you can have for free.
The schedules are more like exercises put together that deal with the muscle groups being worked out on that day. It’s not like an actual routine workout. I’ve tried them personally and they not only have no response from other users, but they don’t give any feedback whatsoever. Any help that you need, you won’t be able to get from this site. Granted I don’t think that this site is still maintained but they do have great information for beginners and people that want to learn about bodybuilding.
I suggest that you use another site (wink wink electrabids.com wink wink Just jokin) for your workout needs and supplement reviews. But seriously there are plenty of other sites out there that are better for greater experienced lifters or beginners.
Ok so another review here. We’re gonna talk about FullFitness.com today.
Fullfitness.com is great site for beginners as it shows a lot of great exercises you can during the process of getting to know each one. It’s a site that shows you exercises and that’s it though. In my opinion it isn’t all that good at a workout site cause it doesn’t give you the information that you need about each workout they provide. They put a label on the workout saying it’ll build muscle but there’s no feedback from any other users that it has worked for them or didn’t work. That’s really my biggest pet peeve about sites nowadays, that they do t help you along the way or you can’t get enough information about an exercise or a workout that you need to comets the darn thing you know. Fullfitness.com shows you a picture of the starting positions but nothing further, so how do you know that you’re doing the exercise correctly or how do you know you’re not going to pull a muscle if you yank on the weight? That’s a big issue to people that are just starting out with gig to the gym and trying to improve their weight lifting.
This site shows you countless exercises per muscle group but it doesn’t show which part of the muscle it’s concentrating on or how to perform the movements correctly to get the best out of it. In my opinion, literally this site sucks. I mean I’m not perfect and I just started my site here at electrabids.com but still at least I try to tell you guys and gals how to do the exercise step by step. Now I don’t have any pictures up but give me some time. There’s a lot that goes into making a workout site and I just figured that out, but if you’re really looking for a workout or a reference site on how to do the workout you should NOT go to FullFitness.com. It’s a waste of valuable time and effort to try and get a decent workout from them.
No disrespect to FullFitness.com but man you guys really need to step up your game. Again no offense to FullFitness.com
Muscle and Strength.com is a great site to get what you need as a beginner through an advanced level. I love this site. This site shows everything you need from workouts to nutrition and one of the best site’s for reference material to show you how and when to do an exercise. Nothing is better than know what you’re doing before you do it.
Here you can create a workout and see your results and compare them with the goals you’ve set! Muscle and Strength.com gives you workouts that have been known to see results very shortly! I’ve personally tried the arms, chest, and back routines given from this site and I’ve seen great improvement in weight gain and in lifting.
At first I thought you can’t just jump into a workout that you’ve never seen before and see the goals that you desire. But I came to this site with an open mind and time. You get the workout and go to the gym. You’re in and out, at most, about 35 -45 mins a workout, which I found out is the best timeframe for a workout.
In my experience with Muscle and Strength, if you have any issues or anything witha workout or plan, you van always comment their posts, workouts, or email them and you’ll get a response faster than 24 hours like most sites. I’m not gonna lie, when I first started to workout, I had lots of problems finding out what and how to do an exercise…… But what’s really awesome about Muscle and Strength.com is that they have videos for each exercise that you’re a little fuzzy on.
I recommend Muscle and Strength to anyone who has been to the gym before but still wants to improve on their build and strength. I hope you all get the satisfaction that I get from this site. Soon I’ll be giving you reviews on each section of the site, and test them out with some help from the readers! Thanks for reading, God bless.
